Shipping and Return Policies

This policy provides detailed information on shipping timelines, return and replacement procedures, and refund processing.

Shipping Policy
    • Orders are delivered within 2–7 working days from the date of confirmation.

    • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances.

    • Delivery Coverage: We offer delivery across India through trusted courier partners.

Replacement & Return Policy 

We accept return and replacements requests in accordance with the following terms and conditions. 

    • Customers must initiate return or replacement requests only through the WhatsApp bot within 7 days of receiving the order.

    • All Replacement/Return requests should be raised via Email or WhatsApp, clearly stating the reasons.

    • Common Reasons accepted

      • Damaged Product: Eligible for replacement.

      • Fabric Dislike: Eligible for refund.

    • Easy Returns - Pickup partners will be arranged for return or replacement (Allowed only once).

    • Customers will be notified and updated on the status throughout the process.

    • Replacement orders are initiated after the original item is picked up.

    • Replacement Timeline: Products will be replaced within 10 business days after approval.

    • Eligibility: Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and boxes intact. Items that are worn or damaged will not be accepted.

Conditions:
    • Replacement is applicable only for non-embroidered products.

    • Underscrubs are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Please verify size and details before purchase.

    • In case of defective or incorrect products, customers must contact support within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Embroidered products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

    • Embroidery option is applicable only for prepaid orders.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of returned items (subject to approval).

    • Refunds are applicable only for non-embroidered products.

    • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

    • The refund will be credited via the original mode of payment.
